FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is your warranty policy?
You are 100% covered for manufacturing defect and accidental damage to our products.
How do I buy your suppressors?
We do our best to keep it simple. At checkout, fill in your dealer’s information and we will take it from there. Once your suppressor is at your dealer you will go in and pay your tax stamp and file the Form 4.
How do I clean my suppressor and when?
We recommend that you clean your suppressor once you see about 2-3 ounces of carbon buildup. The simplest way to determine that is to weigh your suppressor when new, and then compare the weight. We use Breakthrough Clean solvent, which can be purchased on our site. You can also watch our How To video HERE.
What is HUB?
HUB refers to an industry-standard thread pitch that is commonly found on suppressors available on the market. The HUB thread pitch is 1-3/8×24 and offers flexibility for mounting solutions to the end user due to the wide variety of adapters available on the market in a HUB configuration.
What does hard use mean?
Suppressors designated as “Hard Use” are designed to withstand harsher shooting cycles (commonly full auto). Hard Use does not mean your suppressor will never break, it simply means it can withstand several cycles of abuse before it breaks.
Are your suppressors serviceable?
Our suppressors are not “serviceable” in the traditional sense – meaning they do not come apart (with the exception of our rimfire suppressors). You can, however, service them by adhering to our cleaning procedure.
Can I use a shorter barrel length than what is recommended?
Technically yes. We offer recommendations based on what we have tested in-house. Keep in mind that the shorter you go the more abuse your suppressor will experience and your dB levels will increase. We recommend staying within the range of what we have tested and published.
Does your TOMD adapter work with other muzzle devices?
No, our TOMD system is a proprietary design specific to our own muzzle devices.
How old do I have to be to purchase a suppressor?
Current federal law requires you to be at least 21 years old to purchase a firearm suppressor. We recommend that you know your state laws as well prior to ordering a suppressor.
How do I sign on to be a dealer?
